PLEASANT PLACES

We all crave for certainty and control; some of us more than others. That is why we make plans. But life’s details rarely work out as planned. The way we plotted out our education, our career, our MARRIAGE; we get surprised by how thing turn out eventually. The only certain thing about life is that it is uncertain; the details unfold day by day. Sometimes we do not succeed, sometimes our goals are delayed, and sometimes we succeed beyond our wildest expectations. But the mystery of life is that, sometimes when we fail at our original plans and make the best of our circumstances, we find that we are much better off, and this is the best outcome for us, after all.

“Sometimes things fall apart so that better things can fall together.” Marilyn Monroe

“The boundary lines have fallen for me in pleasant places; indeed I have a beautiful inheritance.” Psalm 16:6

Prayer:

Lord, I may not know the if’s, the when’s, the where’s, the how’s of my life. “ Teach me to do your will, for you are my God, may your good spirit lead me on level ground.” Psalm 143:10
